The Don'ts Of Sleeping

Here are five Don'ts that I would like to share with you.... If possible, try to refrain from doing them when you sleep... I do not know how far is true but as the saying goes, prevention is better than cure...right? Please read on...

DON'T WEAR A WATCH WHILE SLEEPING
Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small but if u wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have some adverse effects on your health....

DON'T SLEEP WITH BRA
Scientists in america have discovered that those who wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer.

DON'T SLEEP WITH HANDPHONE
Put the phone as far as u can or anywhere as long as it is not near to your ear or head. SCientists proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous systems.

DONT SLEEP WITH MAKE UP
It causes skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause skin to have difficulty in breathing and perspiring.
