My father died at the age of 37 after suffering from a heart attack. Why at such a young age? I really do not know, till today, my family and I do not know the answer to that. Is it due to genetic factor? My grandfather is 80 years old this year and though he is still physically healthy, he is taking some medication for his heart. Besides taking medication, he is also using some kind of "spray", that is used when he is having some breathing problems anytime of the day. It is kind of a risk, I know, he needs to have that with him wherever he is.
