I believer there are many pranksters out there making cranky calls to frighten people or some who like to make a nuisance of themselves. It is even more frightening and alarming if one were to receive calls in the middle of night or early dawn. I have received many of these calls before especially in the early hours of the morning and most times I couldn't get back to sleep after that.
Well, perhaps all these will be overcome soon. Now we can report all these unwanted numbers or strange callers to Harassing Caller Report website.
