When one of my colleagues passed away recently, most of us were very shocked. As far as we know, he was a very energetic man, athletic person who never failed to enter competitions like jogathon, marathon, cross country and anything that requires brisk walking or running and even climbing. We used to admire his energy and his fitness, he looked very young for his age, no one would believe that he just fell into a coma one day and passed on in a matter of days.
Till today, his parents do not know what had happened to him. From his close friends, they suspected that he had overstrained his body muscles to an extent that it was like almost dehydrated. It is a very sad case... I believe that being an athletic, we need to know that consequences and information to sustain our body health and system. We should understand how much our body can take as not to overexert ourselves and we need to have some supplements to maintain our fitness.
